I have a date change for you on the course list that I sent through recently:
The date of the first woodlands course has now changed to from the last weekend in July to the first weekend in August (1st/2nd)

The courses now look like this:

Daily meditation session, 4 Aikido sessions and as much free training as you can handle per day
Real uchi deshi experience: eat, sleep, train and work together in the house & grounds
Comprehensive schedule building from beginner to advanced level techniques
Fees – 1 day £25.00 2 days £45.00 3 days £65.00 ***Accommodation included***
Food will be cooked by the uchi deshi on a ‘toban’ rota as per Iwama with everyone contributing £3-5 to the pot per day.

Fees - £65 for the weekend including food
NB this is NOT an endurance course, it is for all aikido/fitness levels and all ages. If you are interested in an endurance course let me know and this can be arranged ;-)
