Aikido - what we'll be covering over the next 2 weeks
Sensei Jerry is in Canada this week and next, training with Sensei Pat Hendricks. So I'm taking the classes during this period. We're using this time to review some of the techniques Sensei Les White and Sensei Neil Brown used to teach.

Sensei Les White started Aikido at The Hut back in 1962 - the early days of Aikido in the UK. Some of the techniques he used to teach us are rarely seen today, so it's important they don't get forgotten.
